Article 2 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made via the e-shop website:

  • handmade artisan jewelry

  • natural stones and decorative objects

  • personal development workshops

  • coaching services

Article 3 — Products

The jewelry is handcrafted from natural stones and plated metals.

Each piece being unique, variations may exist.

Descriptions related to the energetic properties of stones are based on wellness traditions and do not constitute medical claims.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes.

Delivery fees are extra, depending on the destination.

Article 5 — Order

Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Personalized products cannot be canceled after validation.

Article 6 — Payment

Secure payment by:

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash (in person)

Payment in installments possible via PayPal.

Article 7 — Delivery

Areas served: France, Europe, international.

Carriers: La Poste, Colissimo or equivalent.

Estimated delivery times: 3 to 5 business days (excluding manufacturing).

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legislation, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Legal exceptions:

  • personalized products

  • workshops with fixed dates

  • services already started with the customer's agreement

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 9 — Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in perfect condition.

Refund or credit will be issued after reception and verification.

Article 10 — Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for:

  • normal wear and tear

  • improper use

  • allergic reactions

  • supposed effects of stones

  • any medical use

Workshops and support services are related to coaching and well-being and do not replace medical follow-up.

Article 11 — Workshops and Coaching

Advance payment required.

Cancellation conditions:

  • +7 days before: refund

  • between 7 days and 48 hours: credit

  • less than 48 hours: no refund

Minimum number of participants: 5.

Article 12 — Mediation

In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code:
